As 2024 draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the year that’s been, celebrate our achievements, and acknowledge everyone who has contributed to making this year such a success.
The team at Hamlan has remained steadfast in living our values of respect, accountability, team, positivity, and passion throughout 2024 and this has resulted in us completing exceptional homes for clients across our region.
Some of our most popular builds have included the Gellibrand 287, Kalimna 240, Erskine 250, and Buckley 250, as well as more than a dozen custom homes.
We were also thrilled to open new display homes, including the Gellibrand 337 in Bannockburn, which has welcomed a steady stream of visitors and positive feedback.
In June we were recognised by Master Builders Victoria with the award for Best Multi-Unit Development (4–12 units) for our project at The Point, Point Lonsdale. This award is a reflection of the dedication, expertise, and craftsmanship that our team brings to every home we build.
We were also absolutely delighted to be the builder for the Barwon Health Foundation’s inaugural House4Health charity home which sold on Saturday, 14th September. We’re very grateful for the support from our trades and suppliers who got behind this project and the resulting sale of this home has raised valuable money to improve health outcomes in Geelong’s northern suburbs.
At Hamlan, the homes we build are a true reflection of the team of people behind them. From our office and sales team to our team on site, we’re privileged to work with such a passionate and skilled group. We’re also grateful for our extended team of subcontractors, who share our commitment to building high-quality homes that uphold the Hamlan standard.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the trust of our clients. It’s always a privilege to be chosen to build a home and to support our clients on their journey. We never take this trust for granted and are deeply grateful for the opportunity to bring your new home to life.
