Yesterday we handed over the final stage of homes in the Baptcare Norlane Integrated Community Project.
Over the last 18 months we have been on site building the 52 homes that will provide low income families, elderly and people with disabilities new housing.
The Baptcare Norlane Integrated Community Project is helping transform one of the three most disadvantaged postcodes nationally. Norlane has some complex disadvantaged issues and hasn’t seen investment in its infrastructure for a very long time.

Baptcare are now reviving the area and lifting the community spirit building housing and a community hub to address the housing needs of the area.
It has been so rewarding for all of our team involved in this project to support the Norlane community with this significant change. We wish all the residents many happy times living in their new homes.
