We’re thrilled to be the construction partner for the House4Health charity home, a project initiated by the Barwon Health Foundation to support better health outcomes in North Geelong.
This beautiful Johanna 257 home, featuring a striking Stellar façade, includes four bedrooms, two living areas, and a study nook, all designed to maximise light and brightness, with a central courtyard as a highlight.
Hamlan’s General Manager, Josh Liston, expressed his pride in partnering with the Barwon Health Foundation on this meaningful project. The funds raised from the sale of this home will go directly towards the Foundation’s Project North appeal, benefiting the health and wellbeing of our community in North Geelong.
“Partnering with the Barwon Health Foundation on the House4Health project is truly an honour for Hamlan. Being a local business, we believe in the power of community, and knowing that the proceeds from this home will directly impact the health and wellbeing of North Geelong residents makes this project incredibly meaningful. It’s a testament to what can be achieved when businesses and the community come together for a greater cause.” – Josh Liston, General Manager, Hamlan Homes.

How it all Began
The House4Health project began with an extraordinary donation of land from Bisinella Developments in their new Lara Lakes Estate. Hamlan then joined as the construction partner, rallying support from suppliers and trades to bring this stunning home to life.
There’s also been incredible support from an army of other philanthropic businesses across the region, including Bendigo Bank and Ray White Lara, who have played essential roles in making this dream a reality.
The Barwon Health Foundation is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the Greater Geelong region by investing in life-saving and life-changing care. The House4Health auction represents the pinnacle of generosity and community spirit.
This is more than just a house – it’s a beacon of hope and a commitment to healthier futures for our community, particularly in North Geelong.
