Gellibrand 287 in Bannockburn: Fun, Family-Friendly Acreage
This Bannockburn build is a perfect example of a home customised for both style and family life. Clients Steve and Anne chose the Gellibrand floorplan for its dedicated kids’ wing, ideal for their young family. Combining their carpentry and graphic design skills, they infused the home with personality: mint-green kitchen cabinetry with gold handles, arch mirrors, Laminex wall panelling, and a blue barn door in the main living area add playful, personalised touches.
Outside, a pool, alfresco area, and deck complete the outdoor lifestyle perfect for entertaining and making the most of their acreage block.

Gellibrand 287 in Inverleigh: Acreage Living with Striking Details
These Inverleigh clients approached us with a clear vision: an acreage home combining contemporary finishes and bold street appeal. To achieve this, we incorporated concrete finishes on the façade and throughout the interior.
They customised the façade by drawing inspiration from our Prism design, retaining its signature double gables but elevating the look with Barestone cement-look cladding. The textured Barestone contrasts beautifully with black vertical cladding and a sleek Colorbond roof.
Inside, the monochrome aesthetic continues with polished concrete flooring, stone benchtops, and bold black cabinetry. Raked ceilings, Velux skylights, and custom lighting fixtures complete the look showcasing how our standard Gellibrand 287 can be transformed.

Gellibrand 337 in Elliminyt: Luxury Acreage Escape with Unmatched Views
Overlooking Lake Colac, this Gellibrand 337 makes the most of its breathtaking surroundings with expansive windows offering lake and property views. To further embrace the outdoors, our clients added an alfresco at the end of the home and reworked the floorplan so the kitchen and living areas easily access this inviting entertaining area.
Inside, upgrades such as raked ceilings and a custom stone feature wall elevate the living area. Subtle details like feature panelling in the main bedroom and vertically profiled internal doors add warmth and texture. Engineered timber flooring and full-height bathroom tiling give the home a luxurious feel.
After two years of travelling, these clients are now ready to settle into their forever home, entertaining friends and soaking up the beauty of their acreage.

Gellibrand 287 in Gordon: Transforming Outdoor Living
Andrew and Jen aren’t strangers to acreage builds they completed their first home with Geelong Homes in 2020. For their second build, they opted for a contrasting design, choosing the Gellibrand 287 for its unique courtyard floorplan that opens directly onto their outdoor entertaining space.
For them, the outdoors was always the hero. Using the Gellibrand’s H-shape, they created an incredible outdoor retreat with layered greenery, multiple patios, and well-planned entertaining zones.
They loved the Prism façade but customised it further, swapping the standard horizontal cladding for wider vertical Stria panels to give the home a sleek, contemporary look. Inside, striking black cabinetry, polished concrete flooring, and a cosy fireplace create a balance of modern design and inviting warmth.
