New home consultant Chris Dooling has been selling new homes for more than 20 years — and still has an unwavering passion for it.
Originally from Melbourne, Chris made the move from the city to Ocean Grove almost five years ago seeking a more relaxed lifestyle for him and his family. He’s been working at Hamlan as a new home consultant, now based at our Oakdene Estate display, ever since.
“Hamlan has a unique process where our clients only deal with one person until construction starts, so I have found that I build more than just rapport with my clients, we actually develop genuine connections,” he says.
“Hamlan is also a family owned and run company, which is important to me. Because we don’t build houses, we build homes. Hamlan genuinely wants our clients to love their new home, and be proud of the fact they built through us.
“We spend a lot of time and resources making sure we use the best local products, and that we build each home using best practice, so when we hand over the keys, the client can be confident they won’t have any issues for as long they want to live there.”
