Frank Street is a cohesive collection of six unique residences crafted to suit the evolving lifestyles of modern Newtown. The distinct facades blend traditional and contemporary architecture in a respectful nod to the area’s character.
The original site was subdivided into six lots of approximately 400 sqm each. With a longstanding commitment to designing homes that fit local lifestyles and landscapes, we focused on creating unique designs that balance traditional and contemporary urban architecture. Each residence enjoys a distinct façade, with main living areas oriented to maximise Northern light.
Exterior finishes include standing seam zinc cladding, concrete block, hardwood timber, and modern glass balustrades. The result is a development that both complements and modernises its streetscape.
