Townhouse Development, Pt Lonsdale

We were engaged by developers Moremac to design and build blocks of high-end townhouses for waterfront sites in The Point, Point Lonsdale. Standing proudly in an idyllic location with a north-facing aspect overlooking serene waterways, this development showcases luxury living. Our design approach was tailored to resonate with discerning buyers, often those in the midst of downsizing and retirement. Striking a perfect balance between contemporary flair with coastal charm, the facades seamlessly integrate with the local landscape. The floorplans feature two spacious four-bedroom homes anchoring each end of the development, complemented by six three-bedroom residences. The facades played a crucial role in this project, as they serve as the first impression for anyone entering The Point Estate. Ensuring the townhouses maintain the prestigious reputation of the estate was paramount for the developer. The facades boast three prominent gables each spanning across two townhouses, presenting a proud street appeal befitting their idyllic location. The gable design also creates an inviting sense of internal space accentuated by raked ceilings.
