Then the fun really starts. You’ll meet with our style studio consultant, who will guide you through internal and exterior finishes for your new home.
Your new home consultant will review your final plans, colours and finishes with you and answer any questions before you sign your building contract.
While you obtain your formal finance approval our team takes care of building permits and ordering materials for your new home.
Finally, we’ll introduce you to a site manager who will give you weekly updates on the progress of your home. From here, you can sit down and relax as we bring the perfect home of your dreams to life.
