The team at Hamlan are thrilled to have received two awards from the Master Builders Regional Awards for Best Sustainable Home and Best Display over $500,000 for their Cumberland 266 Gen Fyansford display home.

Designed to emphasise clean and spacious living for the whole family, Cumberland 266’s contemporary design is inspired by the pristine Cumberland River.
The Cumberland 266 Gen Fyansford display home is built around a central courtyard with large open-plan living spaces and a kitchen with a generous walk-in pantry. Sliding doors open onto the courtyard, filling the home with natural light and ventilation and providing the perfect layout for alfresco dining or hosting BBQs with friends and family during the summer.
All the bedrooms are generous in size, while the master bedroom features a large walk-in robe and ensuite with a separate toilet.
Hamlan takes this home to the next level with additional energy efficiency features, including thermally broken windows, a heat recovery mechanical ventilation system, high-quality tight external wrapping materials and a vapour permeable barrier to stop moisture from leaking into the home.
The Cumberland 266 homes on site are also built with standard energy-efficient features just like in every Hamlan home, including Solar ChargePack, Tesla Powerwall, double-glazed windows and doors, and heat-pump hot water service.
